Send from Pokémon GO to or Home

To send those captured in Pokémon GO to Home, you must have downloaded the app (free on Android or iOS) and linked it with a Nintendo account — the natural process of registering on Home. After that, follow the steps below in Pokémon GO.

Important: Pokémon sent from GO to Man can't return for the mobile game. Make sure you don't use these species in the game before transferring.

  1. Tap the Poké Ball icon and then the gear icon (in the upper right corner) to open the settings;
  2. Scroll to the end and select “Pokémon HOME”;
  3. It will be necessary to sign in with the Nintendo account used on Home, select “Sign in” and fill in the login credentials;
  4. After linking the accounts, the “Send Pokémon” button will appear, tap on it;
  5. The screen with the GO Transporter will appear, tap “Continue”;
  6. Select the Pokémon you want to transfer from GO to Home (there is a limit based on the Pokémon's category, more on that cost below);
  7. Tap “Next” and then confirm “Transport”.
