Upon transfer, the player will receive a Mystery Box in Pokémon Go, which will make Meltan appear for a period of time. A Melmetal, evolution of Meltan, will be offered in Pokémon Home, it can be sent to Sword and Shield, in which it will have a Gigantamax form.
