Pokémon GO goes back and returns bonuses to play at home

In early October and with the easing of social isolation in some countries, Niantic had removed some bonuses that made it easier to play Pokémon GO at home. However, a second wave of the spread of the new coronavirus (and the claim of players) caused the company to reconsider the removal and bring the bonuses again, starting this Thursday (19).

Bonuses to play at home are back in Pokémon GO

As before, incense will once again attract Pokémon more often, even if the player is standing indoors. The duration has not changed, it remains one hour.

The Companion Pokémon will bring up to five gifts per day to the Trainer. This minimizes the need to go to Pokéstops to pick up items, as gifts can be traded with friends and, when opened, grant Poké Balls, potions, revives, and other goodies.

The Pokémon GO team guarantees that these bonuses, although temporary, will remain active until at least June 2021. If changes are made, the company will notify you a month in advance - remembering that, previously, the change was announced on the 29th. September, to take effect on October 1.

Additionally, other bonuses come only as a result of events:

• Reduction of the required distance from the incubator;
• Distance for exchanges increased;
• Bundles worth one coin.

Recently, Pokémon GO announced new additions to the game: like the sixth generation of Kalos and quests for the expansion up to player level 50. These news excited some people, Greninja fans for example, and this attracted new players, for facilitating the leveling up, and old ones to the game, due to the new challenges.

With more people in the Pokémon adventure, the resumption of bonuses is essential to keep some players at home, in social distancing. Even because, as far as we know, the formula has been giving certain billions.
