Call of Duty Season 6 requires up to 57GB download

The sixth season of Call of Duty: War zone is already available for PC (Windows), PS4 and Xbox One, but those interested in continuing to play may have a certain concern about disk space. The update requires download for free up to 57GB, depending on platform and version.

As explained by Activision on their official Call of Duty: Warzone update page, the download size varies by platform or game version, including whether the user has Modern Warfare installed.

The size order follows the following criteria:

• PS4: 19,3GB
• Xbox One: 22,66GB
• PC com Modern Warfare: 57GB
• PC only for those who have Warzone: 25,5GB

In addition, those who also have Modern Warfare installed on the console will also have to download a compatibility pack, which varies in size between 6 and 8GB.

Update What's New

But the size of the update is not the main thing, of course. The new season of Warzone brings numerous additions to the game, starting with new operators (characters), missions, weapons, vehicles and multiplayer modes.

One of the new modes is Armored Royale, a Battle Royale mode that gives each squad a reinforced truck to explore the map, including heavy weaponry and increased damage resistance.

Cars are also the focus of the update in other modes, with fast-moving vehicles that can even race across the map. Some of the weapons that were included are SP-R208 and AS-VAL, long-range and good damage rifles.

Other additions have been confirmed via the Battle Pass, which is paid but optional.
