Called The Haunting of Verdansk, season 6 of the game includes the villain Leatherface and the Billy doll, seen in the two aforementioned films, as characters that can be purchased in the multiplayer title's online store.

The packs also come with other themed items such as pendants, vehicle skins, weapon blueprints and special horns. Pricing has not been revealed, but players can check it out in the store when the update goes live.

Other Halloween news

This entire season of Warzone will also come with other new features involving Halloween, such as the Trick and Treat event. Throughout the matches it will be possible to open boxes with rewards. But they won't always come with benefits – the risk is with the player.

In addition, Zombie Royale mode will be available for a limited time. It will turn dead players into zombies, who must fight to infect others who still survive in Battle Royale matches – but dead users can still try to return to the fray if they so choose.

Other additions to the Warzone season also cater to those waiting for new weapons, match improvements and, of course, a brand new, optional, paid Battle Pass, with even more items and benefits.
