Minecraft has been blowing players away with great news and updates recently with Minecraft Live 2021 and then the Minecraft Bedrock 1.17.40 update. This is a new full experimental patch that has been released so that players can test out the features that will be added later.

Minecraft Bedrock Update 1.17.40
The Bedrock update is the fuse to light up the next update that is supposedly coming in December. This will feature the long-awaited mountains, lush caves and Dripstone cave systems that have yet to be released.

Android and iOS
For mobile device users, players can simply visit their respective App Stores, Google Play Store for Android and Apple app store for iOS and download the latest update.
It will be installed and players will be able to access the update.

- This is for Windows 10 and gamers can simply download it from the Microsoft Store.
- Find “Minecraft” in the search bar and update it to download the latest patch.
Xbox One
- Players need to visit the “My apps and games” section and then open Minecraft.
- Click on “More option” and then on “Manage games and add-ons”.
- Click on “Updates” and install 1.17.40.
