5) Mafia heads
In Minecraft Survival, players can get heads of five monsters: Creeper, Zombie, Skeleton, Ender Dragon, and Withered Skeleton. Each of these mafia heads is very rare to obtain. Ender dragon heads are attached to final ships in the Final dimension.
To obtain a creeper, zombie, or skeleton head, players will need loaded creepers. When these three mobs die due to the explosion of a charged vine, they lower their heads.
As for the withered skeleton, players have a 2,5-5,5% chance to obtain it by killing a withered skeleton. Players can also obtain it using Charged Creepers, but teleporting wither Skeletons or Charged Creepers can be hectic.
4) Nether Star
For late game players, lower stars are like common items, thanks to highly efficient skeleton farms. But, getting a single lower star is an achievement for beginners.

3) Pigstep Music Disc
Last year's Nether update added a new funky hip-hop music record called pigstep.
This music record looks like it was made for dancing pigs after catching hoglins. Unfortunately, this music disc has a low 5,6% chance of spawning loot chests in bastion remains.
2) Enchanted golden apple
Since Mojang removed the enchanted golden apple recipe, they have become one of the rarest items in Minecraft.

1) Dragon egg

If a player attempts to mine the dragon egg, it will teleport to a random nearby location. Then players can use the torch trick to get the egg as an item as it is a block affected by gravity.
