Minecraft has a vast sandbox world with a variety of dimensions and biomes that players can explore and sometimes players can come across some mysterious structures. Here is a structure called Minecraft Desert Well that players can find while exploring.
Naturally generated structures add that extra touch of mystery and exploration in a barren biome landscape. Different biomes in the Overworld and Nether may have different natural spawning structures. They can even vary in their size and loot generated.

Minecraft Desert Wells
Minecraft Desert Wells are small structures that can be found in Deserts and are mysterious unique structures with no additional structures around them.

The desert biome in Minecraft can only spawn in the overworld dimension and can be distinguished by its barren land and sandy dune-like landscape. Most desert biomes are flat and contain sparse vegetation such as dry plants and cacti.
There are some structures like Desert Temples and Desert Villages in addition to Desert Wells in the game.
location and generation
As pointed out above, Desert Wells only spawn in Desert biomes and have only a 0,001 chance to spawn in any Desert block. So it's a rare structure that can be quite difficult to find.
Desert Wells spawn more on plains than mountainous landscapes.
Organization
Desert Well has a unique structure consisting of a small sandstone well. This one is made exclusively of sandstone blocks and they are all a single block wide and some blocks of deep water inside.
There is also an arch-like structure on top of the Pit Base. The exact reasons for this structure are not yet known, but it doesn't have good loot or any use for players at the moment.
However, players have long requested some change to these structures and this serves no purpose and has no value in finding it.
