How to build a minecraft raid farm
Step one
On a flat area of land, create an even base for the building by creating a positive shape with both lines being eight (8) blocks long. One row must be three (3) blocks wide, while the other must be only one (1) block wide.
Connect the ends of the lines to create a diamond shape. Then take out the rest of the remaining blocks in the diamond-shaped area.

Step two
Then it's time to create a makeshift village. Minecraft players will need to bring a villager to this location, as well as a bed.
Somewhere within the carved area (but not directly in the middle), dig about three or four blocks down and make a little more space for a bed to be placed and the villager to stand on. Place the bed in the hole, then transfer the villager to the hole as well. This can be done by trapping the resident in a boat and driving him to the desired area.
Once the resident and his bed are in the hole, it's time to say goodbye and close the hole to keep him safe from the soon-to-be invasions.

Now, focus once more on the diamond-shaped area. In the corners of each block that makes up the boundary of the dug area, place the slabs. This will require more than half a stack of slabs in total.
Then place a water source on each block between each slab. Also, add water to the middle blocks of the three-block-wide sections created earlier by carving the plus sign shape.

Fourth step
The three blocks in the middle of the diamond area must be mined into a deep hole. Dig about 27 blocks deep. Players may want to ensure that the area they are using to build this farm in a Minecraft world does not have a cave or ravine hidden directly below it.
Once underground, open up a side area for chests, hoppers, and a place to stay. Place the hoppers where the hole opens and connect them to the chests. Place slabs on top of the hoppers and entire blocks in front of them to create just half an opening block that lets you hit the looters as they fall.
Once this underground section is in place, players can dig a ladder out of the hole back to the surface. The ladder will be used as a safe entrance to the raided farm, so players may want to build it to prevent other entities from entering.
Fifth Step
Once the build is complete, all that's left to do is get the Bad Omen effect. Players can go to a marauder outpost and kill the marauder leader as mentioned before. They can then return to their raid farm, and the raid will activate.
The hidden villager will make the looters come to the area and the water will force them into the deep hole. When the looters start to fall into the hole, the player can kill the mobs and start reaping the benefits.
