The Batman mod by nJulioNIB, who has already modded Godzilla, Superman, and Jaws in-game, revealed his newest invention on February 2 with a video demonstrating its capabilities (identified by GameRant).
JUlioNIB's Batman Script Mod allows PC users to run, slide and fight through Los Santos while wearing various Batsuits (or simply walking around like a Bruce Wayne without a costume). The mod also adds its own melee combat, which evokes the Arkham series and contains slow-motion finishers from that series.
There are a total of 12 bat vehicles available, including the 1989 Batmobile and the Tumbler from the Dark Knight Trilogy. They can be summoned, dispatched, and even have their own arsenal of weapons.
Machine guns, rockets, homing missiles, rear-launched spikes to flatten tires, a grappling hook, slippery oil that makes pursuing vehicles spin, and a self-destruct mode for when things go wrong are all included in Tumbler's arsenal.

O Batman MOD
The Batcycle and Batplane are two more vehicles, with the latter including a bodyguard mode to protect the player while fighting (or committing) crimes in GTA mod.
The Batarang, as well as the Arkham games' remote control mode, are among the devices Batman can employ. Disarm, Smoke, Electric, Incendiary, Freeze, and Explosive modes are all available, and each does exactly what it says on the tin.
The Batclaw can also grab buildings, planes, and opponents with these varied attacks. Similar to the hacking mechanics in Watchdogs: Legion, the Disruptor Gun creates more chaos by sending vehicles out of control. A Krypto Spear, which can be used to impale opponents from afar or up close, Shock Gloves and pellets that explode with smoke, fire or ice are also offered to the player.
The mod is currently in pre-release and is only available to JulioNIB's Patreon supporters. They will now "start a new project and leave the Batman script 'quiet' for a while," according to JulioNIB, but ideally it doesn't take long to get a release version.
The mod is inspired by Rocksteady's Arkham series, which is rumored to be coming to Nintendo Switch. With the release of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League being pushed back to 2023, this mod could be the closest we've come to a new Rocksteady experience in a long time.
