There are a total of 9 stalls in GTA 3 Espresso 2 Go that you need to destroy to complete this mission, which can be found in the following locations:
- Shoreside Vale: Near the hospital in Pike Creek.
- Shoreside Vale: Near the Francis International Airport statue.
- Staunton Island: In a construction yard in Belleville Park.

After destroying the first stall in GTA 3 Espresso 2 Go, a countdown will start and you will have 8 minutes of real time to destroy the remaining stands before the Colombians warn their dealers to clean the streets. So it makes sense to choose a tent in Shoreside Vale or the Isle of Portland to start your campaign of destruction, to minimize the amount of round-trip travel required against the clock.
As you progress you'll have a Cartel Cruiser trying to get you off the road, with gangsters carrying uzis, and Cartel members in the barracks are also armed with uzis or shotguns. A small blessing is that during this mission any other hostile gangs will turn their attention to attacking the Cartel instead of you, so at least you won't have to deal with them on top of everything else.
