VIP Jobs and VIP Job first appeared in the Executives and Other Criminals update in 2015. This update gave players the option to become a VIP and play various missions or complete tasks to earn money. More quests and challenges were introduced in later updates. 1. VIP Challenges:
Duo diligence- All players in the VIP organization must locate multiple packages marked with a flag. Players must then run to the beacon. The player who receives it wins a $100 bonus. The player with the most packages wins
Point to Point - The VIP must designate a point outside the circle marked on their map, after which a countdown begins. When the countdown reaches 0, all players must run to the designated spot by any means possible.
Most Wanted – All players in the VIP Organization receive a maximum wanted level. If any player is killed by the police, they are out of the challenge. The last player standing wins
Mail Service – This is a co-op challenge. Find a bag of money and deliver it to the marked location. Each time a player is shot, the take reduces
Market Manipulation - This quest reveals the entire convenience store on the map. Players must steal as many as possible within the time limit. The player who reaches the most stores wins.
Auto Purchase – All associates must look for different cars to steal and sell on the street. Different cars have different values. The player who steals the highest value of vehicles wins.
Cashing Out – Players must visit various ATMs, hit them by completing various hacks. Players who get the most wins at ATM machines
2. VIP Work:
Asset Recovery – Players must go to the police stations shown on the map and steal the vehicles, after which they must successfully bring them to the drop-off point. Motorbikes reward $5.000 and cars $10.000. These different spawns are based on player luck
Executive Deathmatch- This VIP work is done between two different organizations. Two different VIPs and their bodyguards must fight a deadly fight against each other. The team with the most kills wins the match and is rewarded with $15.000
Executive Quest - When this quest is started, a circle appears on the map within which all players in the organization must remain while other players try to find and kill the members of the organization. Their blips are hidden on the map until they stop moving, at which point they become vulnerable. attackers are rewarded with $30000 if they eliminate the organization however the organization wins they are rewarded with $35000

Players must go get it. Players must collect 3 of these folders within the time limit to complete. This rewards them with 22.000
Hostile Takeover- Players must steal and bring a tank from a high security zone to a drop off location without damaging it within the time limit. the reward for players is $10.000
Headhunter- Players must destroy 4 high value targets marked on the map within the time limit. They get $22.000 for success
Transport – The organization must deliver a high-value trailer to the drop-off location. The reward for this is $20.000
