GTA 5 gets 2 major DLC updates every year. They are usually packed with content such as new businesses, properties, quests, heists, and many other small quality of life changes. New GTA 5 Secret Update: Changes to Cayo Perico Heist:
The Cayo Perico Heist is extremely popular within GTA 5 and players are constantly running it, mainly because it is one of the best ways to make money in GTA 5. It was also extremely easy to make and very interesting due to its different approaches to it. the Entry , exit and even the targets themselves.
The main tweak to Heist is perhaps the switch to Juggernaut. Before the patch, Juggernaut could be eliminated with a melee attack to the head. After the patch, the melee attack does not affect the Juggernaut and the player will actually be detected if he/she tries to do the same. The safest route would probably be to just avoid the Juggernaut.
This tweak also appeared as one of the most controversial updates, perhaps even in the game's history. Some players even claim that this tweak “broke the theft” for them.
Another small tweak has also been added to the Heist, however this one feels very tiny and seems to have virtually no effect on gameplay. Inside Dave's Cage, next to the Panther's cage, the three wooden crates have been slightly repositioned. Most players are confused as to what this change entails and what effect it has on the Heist.
