How to recover a seized vehicle in GTA 5:
1 method:
Step 1: Go to the location shown below.
Step 2: Exit the gate.
Step 3: Click on the button that appears on the screen to pay the withholding fee. It's usually $250.
Step 4: Vehicle has been released from depot.
2 method:
Step 1: Open the Smartphone game.
Step 2: Navigate to the contacts app.
Step 3: Select the Assistant contact.
Step 4: Select the 'recover vehicle from depot' option. This option costs $5.000.
Step 5: Vehicle has been returned from depot.
