The Mobile Operations Center or MOC for short is a large truck that was introduced as part of the Gunrunning Update in 2017. In order to be able to buy a MOC, the player must first have the bunker. The MOC is stored throughout the Vehicle Park, in its own storage area in the Bunker. He can then be kicked out of the Bunker. It can also be requested using the Interaction Menu of the Services section. It's a large box-shaped trailer, which comes coupled with a Hauler Custom or Phantom Custom (according to the player's wish) for the cabin. The cabin can also be removed and reconnected to the MOC when needed.

The trailer itself works pretty well on its own. It is very powerful and earns the title of one of the most resistant vehicles in the game. When fully upgraded (from the bunker) it can carry up to 34 RPGs or 70 homing missiles. He also has turret machine guns for his armament. A basic MOC can cost 1,25 million GTA dollars, but can cost up to 3 million with all upgrades. It has moderate speed and acceleration for a truck, but very poor handling due to its size.

The MOC features several customizable compartments. These options range from:

Command Center: This is one of the most important bays in the MOC. It can be used as housing and can also be used to launch 8 MOC missions to unlock trade prices for different vehicles. It is also the bay to buy if the player needs weaponry options in the MOC.

Weapon Workshop: This is a workshop that can be installed inside the MOC to customize weapons and/or convert them into MK II variants. If this compartment option is chosen, the third compartment becomes vehicle storage for a single vehicle.

Weapons and Vehicles Workshop: This is a double bay and will occupy 2 bays. Players can store special vehicles within the MOC and customize and/or convert them into MK II variants.

MOC proves to be a very useful option for players who want to buy various weaponized vehicles and convert them, as it not only has bays to customize/upgrade them, but also missions to unlock trade prices for the same vehicles. These missions can also be a way to earn some money.
