Explanation of Apartment Robberies in GTA Online:
These are the first Heists added to GTA Online. They feature Lester contacting people for different jobs and the player who performs them. They require luxury apartments to start. These can be purchased on the Dynasty 8 real estate website. There are 5 different apartment robberies:
1.Fleeca Job:
Description – Loot a bank on the highway to prove your worth as a member of the heist
Installation cost – $11.500
Reward or Potential Gain – $57.500 (easy), $115.000 (medium), $143.750 (hard)
Players needed: 2
Elite Challenges – compete in under 5:20 minutes, vehicle damage remains below 6%, no one dies to earn an extra $50.000

Settings:
Scope out- Observe and review security at the bank, grab some gear from Paige and head back to the apartment to plan it out
Kuruma- Steal a high powered armored Kuruma from a gang in a Del Perro parking lot. This is the getaway vehicle to the end
Final:
Rob, the Fleeca Bank. The driver is also in charge of crowd control as the probe breaks into the bank's security system and then steals the money from locker 167. They then continue to escape via a cargo helicopter while evading the cops.
2. Escape from prison:
Description- Get Rashovsky out of prison for a big payday
Installation cost – $40.000
Reward or potential gain: $200.000 (easy), $400.000 (medium), $500.000 (hard)
Players needed – 4
Elite Challenge- Rashkowsky only takes 1% damage, extraction in less than 4:40 minutes, no one dies to earn extra $100.000
Settings:
Plane – Steal a 5 seater Velum plane from McKenzie airfield. This will be used to accompany Rashkovsky in the Finale
Bus - Hijack, steal and store a prison bus safely from a convoy. This will be used to enter Bollingbroke Prison disguised as prison guards.

Wet work- 2 people need to eliminate lawyers and steal their depositions against Rashkovsky. The other half has to dispatch Rashkowsky's business partners
Final:
The ground team enters Bollingbroke Prison on the prison bus to try to rescue Rashkowsky. The demolition team takes care of the arriving prison buses and tries to find Rashkovsky. They then proceed to escort him to safety. The pilot meets them, catches them and they all try to escape.
3. Humane Labs Incursion:
Description- Infiltrate Humane Labs and steal important files from Merryweather. Give them to your contact for a payment
Installation cost – $54.000
Reward or potential gain: $270.000 (easy), $540.000 (medium), $675.000 (hard)

Elite Challenges – Completed in 11:00 minutes, vehicle damage below 2%, no one dies to earn an extra $100.000
Settings:
Keycodes - Meet a contact and receive keycodes from them. Be aware of any type of interruption
Insurgents- Steal 2 insurgents from the Merryweather test site. These insurgents will be equipped with an EMP device to use at the end
EMP- Steal an EMP device from Jet Hydra Jump. This Jump Jet belongs to Merryweather so expect great resistance
Valkyrie- Steal a Valkyrie helicopter from Merryweather in LS Port. Fight any enemies and deliver it safely
Deliver the Emp-Fit EMP device inside an Insurgent and park it inside Humane Labs without being located. This will be used at the end to disable the lights, security system and reinforcements at the end.
Final:
Infiltrate Humane Labs and steal their files. The ground team enters after activating the EMP while the air team destroys the reinforcements. The air team then rallies the ground team and escapes.
4. Series A Financing:
Description – Break into a drug trafficking organization, steal their product and deliver it to your contact
Installation cost – $40.400
Reward or potential gain: $202.000 (easy), $404.000 (medium), $505.000 (hard)
Players needed – 4
Elite Challenges- Complete in under 6:30 minutes, kill 75 enemies, no one dies to earn extra $100.000
Settings:
Coke: Steal some Coke from a frat party and give it to Ron
Garbage Truck: Make your rounds in a garbage truck and collect the Vagos drops. Fight any Vagos enemy and return to Ron
Weed: Steal a huge shipment of Weed from the Ballas along with a machine gun truck accessory and deliver it back to Ron

Final:
Head to the warehouse, help move the product while facing any Vagos or Ballas that get in your way.
5. Pacific Standard Heist:
Description- Take down and loot the biggest bank in Los Santos and escape safely with the money. This will be the biggest success of the bank in Los Santos
Installation cost – $100.000
Reward or potential gain: $500.000 (easy), $1.000.000 (medium), $1.250.000 (hard)
Players needed – 4
Elite Challenges: Completed in under 10:00 minutes, NOOSE is not called, no one dies for an extra $100.000
Settings:
Vans: Steal a Post OP van equipped with a transponder to disable the bank's Dye Packs. Different vans need to be photographed to find the right one
Signals: Bring the Transponder to Avi Shchwartzman. He's hiding out in North Chumash. It can program the transponder to identify the dye packs
Hack: Steal a hacking device from an assault team. Kill the guards, swap a dummy van for the real van that contains the hack device, distract the guards and bring it back to Paige
Convoy: Hijack a convoy in Blaine County to obtain the necessary thermal loads to open the security doors inside the bank. Expect heavy police resistance
Bikes: Steal special bikes for theft. These have special reinforcements installed in them for faster escapes. These are owned by the Lost MC Motorcycle club, so watch out for any enemies chasing you. Fight them and protect the bikes
Final:
Hit Pacific Standard Bank on Vinewood Boulevard. Control the crowd, break the doors with the thermal charges, hit the safe, grab what you can and get out. During the escape, there is strong police resistance and each time a crewman is shot, the capture decreases. Make your escape on the bikes, miss the cops, keep quiet and deliver the money to Lester's warehouse.
Bonus Rewards:
These strikes also have collective rewards:
First Time Bonus – Grants an extra $100.000 for every heist completed the first time
All in Order Bonus – Grants an extra $1.000.000 for all setups and finishes done in order
Loyalty Challenge – Grants an extra $1.000.000 for all setups and steals done with the same team
Criminal Mastermind Challenge- awards an extra $10.000.000 for completing all of the above challenges and not losing a life in any of the heists.
