Over the years, GTA has introduced some of the most iconic characters of all time to grace the gaming world. From CJ, Big Smoke and Ryder to Michael, Franklin and Trevor, the series has developed characters that stick in the player's head.

The Truth is perhaps one of the most mysterious characters in the entire franchise. Voiced by Peter Fonda, this hippie conspiracy theorist was one of the many beloved characters in GTA San Andreas.
In addition to the wacky Area 69 mission, he can also be seen after the final mission congratulating CJ.
4) Alberto Robina (GTA Vice City)
Alberto Robina is perhaps one of the most forgettable characters in the GTA universe. The father of the Los Cabrones boss, Umberto Robina, can be seen during the intro cutscenes for the quests provided by his son.
Usually seen behind a bar, he doesn't stand out, although he does appear in three important quests.
3) Donald Love (GTA 3, GTA Vice City e Liberty City Stories)
Perhaps the reason Donald Love isn't remembered much by fans is because of his insignificance in GTA Vice City, one of the series' defining titles.
Although he is a major character in GTA 3 and Liberty City Stories, these days, the mention of Donald Love would likely be greeted by a “who?”
2) Mike Toreno (GTA San Andreas)
Mike Toreno is an undercover cop from GTA San Andreas who got involved with T-Bone. Though somewhat hostile at first, he later worries about CJ, even helping him with Sweet's release.
Arguably complacent, Mike is a significant character likely overlooked now, as there are other iconic characters from the game that have overshadowed him.
1) Willy (GTA Vice City, GTA 5)
Willy is easily overlooked because he was just a voice-over in GTA Vice City during the Publicity Tour mission.
