Fortnite Shadow Ops is a new NPC that is part of Fortnite Character Punchcard Quests that are a staple in most seasons. The new season will see them earn a large amount of XP as well.

Fortnite Shadow Ops
Players will receive daily punch cards, weekly punch cards, and character punch cards to fill out. They're a series of time-limited challenges, so players should head to these quests once they're in the game. One of them involves talking to Shadow Ops, a new NPC to be found on the Fortnite island.
To begin the questline, players can jump off the Battle Bus and land at a location northwest of Catty Corner and south of Lazy Lake. Shadow Ops is found patrolling the southern area of town south of Lazy Lake, which can be a contested drop. Once players find Shadow Ops, they can interact with her and this will trigger her Punchcard quest.
Players must find and interact with her on the Fortnite map before they can complete challenges. It is usually located in the southernmost house on Lazy Lake, outside on a paved area in front of a broken wooden wall. To start the challenges, you first need to track down the NPC.
It may be located on the south side of Lazy Lake, near the end of town. As players approach it, they will be able to see the NPC's text bubble icon appear.

- Collect light ammo, medium ammo and shells (0/3)
- Deals shotgun damage to a cubic monster on the sides (0/2)
- Take a headshot with a pistol (0/2)
- Eliminate an opponent with an SMG (0/1)
Players can be rewarded for completing quest stages with a considerable amount of XP.
