Fortnite Season 8 XP buffs, players still want more: “Bring back the old XP system!”

The Fortnite Season 2 Chapter 8 trailer has been the most anticipated for a long time, and it's time to talk about Season 8's XP buffs. Last season, Fortnite improved the XP system, but instead of making players happy, it disappointed them.

On paper, the update looks like a buff, but in reality, Fortnite has nerfed and generated rank using the useless Imposters mode for them to try to rank up quickly. Most XP grinders used this technique to easily and effectively grow XP. Now that it is no longer possible, there are countless memes floating around on social media.

Epic Games talked about a new XP system in their latest Fortnite V18.10 update. Update V18.10 also adds Super Level Styles for exclusive Battle Pass skins. The main changes in the XP system are:

  1. XP gained from Daily Punchcard quests has been dramatically increased.
  2. XP added to all shared missions (they also reward bars).
  3. All new and future Character Punchcards have substantially increased XP rewards.
  4. The weekly XP Punchcard has been slightly reduced. This was done to lessen the inconvenience of not completing them.

Basically, it offers more XP than the previous one, but gamers all over the world still want the old XP system back. People on Twitter had some interesting responses to these changes, to say the least.

Although not all Fortnite players have the same reaction. Some of the players are still looking or looking for the bearer side. They are pretty optimistic about the V18.10 update and Season 8 XP buffs or nerfs.
