Fortnite 17.50 Update Patch Notes
Fortnite developers introduced Island Games with the new patch notes released today i.e. August 31st. It is a special Creative Event that helps players earn more XP as well as rewards and upgrade their Battle Pass. The patch notes also include the new Fortnite Crew Legacy Set, which will be available to all Fortnite Crew subscribers and includes an unlockable Back Bling and pickaxe, both of which evolve each month you are an active subscriber. Fortnite also discussed the new team set in detail over the course of a post on the official Fortnite website.
The Fortnite Island Games are some events that the community is already very excited about. This creative event challenges players to participate in a variety of different game modes such as Red vs Blue Rumble, Prison Breakout, Finest 2v2 and more, with great rewards up for grabs. Most challenges are giving 20.000 or 30.000 XP, perfect to help you level up your Battle Pass to Level 100.
Also, the name of the Slurpy Swamp location has been changed to Sludgy Swamp. The reason for the name change seems to come from the lack of Slurp running through the meandering rivers that surround the named location.
